About Bija

Bija is a women-owned and operated wellness studio rooted in the belief that true health comes from caring for the whole person. Our hot yoga, Pilates, and mobility classes are designed to support correct movement, strength, and longevity — helping you build a body that moves well for life.

In partnership with Flexus Stretch Therapy & Massage, we offer a truly integrated approach to wellness for the Utah County community. From movement to hands-on bodywork, everything we do is centered around helping you feel better in your body.

What sets Bija apart is our thoughtfully curated experience: seasoned teachers, intelligent programming, an on-site steam room, and integrated therapeutic massage — all guided by a genuine love for fitness, yoga, and people.

Bija is more than a studio. It’s a space to move, heal, and grow.
