About Bija
Bija Yoga & Wellness is a women-owned and operated yoga, Pilates, barre, and wellness studio in Orem, Utah, rooted in the belief that true health comes from caring for the whole person. We believe movement should not only challenge you — it should support longevity, resilience, and a body that feels good to live in.
What makes Bija different is our thoughtfully curated approach to movement. We offer traditionally rooted yoga classes, alongside fun, challenging Pilates and barre classes that build strength, grace, and mobility. We also offer aerial yoga and acro yoga, bringing an element of play, exploration, and body awareness into practice.
For younger movers, Bija offers seasonal kids aerial yoga classes during the summer, creating a fun and confidence-building way for children to move, explore, and build coordination.
We also emphasize mobility-focused movement to improve how your body functions beyond the studio — supporting healthy joints, better movement patterns, flexibility, and long-term wellness.
Our classes take place in thoughtfully designed spaces featuring gentle infrared heat, creating a more pleasant and comfortable experience than traditional heated fitness rooms, along with cushioned flooring to support joints and feet during yoga, Pilates, and barre practice.
In partnership with Flexus Massage & Stretch Therapy, Bija offers a truly integrated approach to wellness for the Utah County community, combining intentional movement with therapeutic massage, stretch therapy, and bodywork to help you move and feel your best.
What further sets Bija apart is our carefully curated experience: seasoned teachers, intelligent programming, aerial offerings, an on-site steam room, integrated therapeutic massage, and a welcoming community — all guided by a genuine love for movement, wellness, and people.
Whether you’re looking for yoga, barre, Pilates, aerial yoga, mobility classes, or massage therapy in Orem, Bija is a place to move well, feel well, and grow well.
